Course Overview

The Partial Differential Equations – I course by Swayam is the first course in a two-part course series. There will be around 20 hours of online learning spread over eight weeks. You will build a robust foundation on Partial Differential Equations or PDE over the course duration.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic knowledge of Multivariable, Linear Algebra, and Ordinary Differential Equations will be necessary to participate in the Partial Differential Equations – I online course.

Besides, there are two marks criteria you need to qualify for receiving the course certificate. Your proctored exam score has to be >= 30/75, while your average assignment marks should be >= 10/25.

There will also be a final score. Swayam will use 25% of the average marks you secure in the top 6 out of 8 assignments to evaluate the average assignment score. And add it to 75% of your proctored exam marks to calculate the final score. However, your final score must be either 40/100 or more if you want the Partial Differential Equations – I certificate.
