Course Overview

The ‘Fundamentals of micro and nanofabrication’ online course is provided on the online free education provider portal of Swayam, an initiative of the ministry of education in India. This online program is part of the biological sciences and bioengineering division and is developed and offered by the National Programme for Technology Enhanced Learning(NPTEL) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science(IISC) in Bangalore.

This faculty development program is approved by the AICTE and is conducted for a period of twelve weeks for the interested students from various domains. This core course is guided by the course instructors and faculties from IISC which includes, Prof.Shankar Kumar Selvaraja who is the deputy chairman of the National Nanofabrication Center at IISc, and Prof.Sushobhan who is an assistant professor at the center for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE).
