Congratulations for good results. If you are aspiring for these two colleges particularly. Then IIT Madras is better than IIT hyderabad as per ranking. But choice of branch also matters. Think deeply because you will be called a mechanical engineer or software engineer. Both the options are good. Final decision

Hi aspirant,

IIT Hyderabad doesn't gives admission through TS-PGCET but through GATE. You have to qualify GATE and then fill the form on IIT Hyderabad's website then if you have a decent score you will be invited for an interview or written website.

At this rank, you won't be able to get admission in any of the colleges you've mentioned. According to last year:

The closing rank for OBC candidates in IIT Bombay was 13

The closing rank for OBC candidates in IIT Guwahati was 31

The closing rank for OBC

I see that you have got 1902 category rank in JEE advanced right. And you want to get enrolled in IIT Hyderabad . 

But sorry to say , first you should complete your question you haven't mentioned which category do you belong , wether OBC or sc or St .

For OBC-596,SC-515.

The above mentioned cut off is based on your Gate score,So you can see you are very close.(For Gen category).
