Course Overview

The Traffic Engineering certification course is a three months online program. The syllabus for this course was designed and created by IIT Kharagpur, but it is delivered via the Swayam platform and the Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur), and NPTEL awards the certificate for this course.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Students who are postgraduates from the civil engineering, transportation engineering, or construction engineering departments or equivalent undergraduate departments can take this course.

Certification Qualifying Details

The completion of Traffic Engineering Certification by IIT Kharagpur and Swayam along with NPTEL is given once the applicants receive a passing grade on the final assignment and exam, which is considered average. The required scores for the candidates are 25% on the top 8 out of the 12 assignments and 75% on the certification exam.
