Hello,
IIT Madras offers 62 courses in total. Mechatronics comes under mechanical branch. So you can pursue that branch and you can work in that field with the domain knowledge.
You can do only BTech or integrated course i.e. BTech+Mtech in specialization over a domain.
There is no separate branch
