The college life of IITM is pretty good, it is in Janakpuri which is a good place to hang out after or while college hours. The placements through the college are also up to mark. The staff are very good in experience and they teach well to the students. You may also find good laboratories and also the placement cell is good. I choose this college over the other one because it gives you good technical skills.

Hello Prateek,
If you are alotted IITM which according to you was your 10th priority this means simply that your rank was not good enough to get the college from above 9 priority of yours. You can just wait for next round of counselling and can have a hope that you might get admission in college whih\ch is higher in your priority list. You can rearrange your preference list of you think you have a better chance to get into another better cpllege, wisely. You need to fill the choices smartly keeping in mind your rank and college cutoff.
Hope this helps
Hi Lakshay,
Both of these colleges are equally good. They are not the best in the field, but are decent choices. The infrastructure is good and faculty and studies are fine. Both of them are affiliated to GGSIPU for BBA course. Placements in both colleges are quite average but bit better at IITM. Anyway, most people prefer to go for MBA after a BBA and hence you can go for CAT coaching.
I would prefer to choose the college that is nearer to your place of stay so that you can save up on time for studies and any coaching.
All the best!
Hello Aspirant,
For BCA, you should opt for IITM Janakpuri.
Their administration is good in compare to JIMS. Placements are good in well reputed organizations.
Good luck

IIT Madras is one of those places you hear about and imagine high-tech labs, brilliant minds, and a campus buzzing with activity. The library is huge and has pretty much every book or journal you could need. Hostels are decent, though some are better maintained than others, and the campus facilities like canteens, sports grounds, and Wi-Fi are reliable and student-friendly.
The infrastructure of my college is well-developed and student-friendly. The campus is clean, green, and spacious, providing a pleasant environment for learning. Classrooms are modern, equipped with smart boards and projectors that support interactive teaching.
