Hi Shubham
GATE 2019 answer keys and question papers were released by IIT Madras on February 19. GATE 2019 was organized by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in online mode on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2019. A new paper "Statistics" has been added this year, taking the total number of papers for which GATE 2019 will be conducted to 24; in the last edition of the exam there were 23 papers. The candidate though will be able to appear for one paper only, preferably in a paper related to the candidate's qualifying degree; that being said, the candidate is free to choose any of the 24 papers.

Hi aspirant
It depends on the paper from which you want to do MS/PHD.See you have scored very less. This is just approx the cut off of the paper. With just this marks it is very difficult for you to get IIT madras.IIT Madras is one of the top IITs.You should apply for newer IITs.You might get but very less chances.
Visit the official website of the IITs and there in the notice section you can check the application process has been started. You can apply there.
MS/PHD is more research oriented course and if you are not having good knowledge of the subject then definately you'll be rejected in the interview round.
So you should be prepared for the consequences.
It would be better for you to prepare again for the next year.
Hope this was helpful
Hello Ravi,
Congratulations to you for obtaining such a marks. Your raw score would be almost 663 and corresponding rank would lie between 2370-2670.There is very less chance to get seat in IIT Madras but you can explore your career opportunities in new IITs, top NITs, DTU, BITs and top state level colleges.
Good luck...
As a second-year BS Data Science student at IIT Madras, I am truly impressed by the vibrant campus. Modern lecture halls, advanced computer labs, and a vast digital library make studying here enjoyable. There are comfortable reading lounges and the greenery around gives a calm atmosphere for focusing on my studies.
The infrastructure of my campus is very nice and provides the best environment for studying. Also my campus has all the necessary facilities like wifi , air conditioners etc which are fully functional and also the campus is hygienic.
IIT Madras is one of those places you hear about and imagine high-tech labs, brilliant minds, and a campus buzzing with activity. The library is huge and has pretty much every book or journal you could need. Hostels are decent, though some are better maintained than others, and the campus facilities like canteens, sports grounds, and Wi-Fi are reliable and student-friendly.
