For the rank you have achieved in imucet you can get seat in government colleges in bsc nautical with the category you belong to. That is as you belong to open category you can expect your seat in few government colleges. As you have chance of getting seat

Indian maritime university, chennai does not provide certificate course in maritime catering.

Some colleges which provide CCMC are:

• Maritime
  Education Training &
  Research Institute, Kolkata

• Cosmopolitan technology of maritime college, Chennai

• NSUI Maritime academy, Goa
