If you get admission in IIT Hyderabad then you should get minimum 60% in physics, chemistry and mathematics in your 12th class. And you will get minimum 250 marks in JEE Mains examination then you will be capable for counselling in IIT college.  I'll provide you a link you can check it. If you want to persue your engineering career in IIIT Hyderabad then you need to have 260+ marks in jee mains or have 99.92 approx percentile in order to get seat in IIIT Hyerabad.  According to 2019 cut offs the percentile doesn't went down fromm 99 so you need to have 260+ marks or 99 percentile. The official eligibility criteria guidelines do not make a mention of any age restrictions to appear for the IIIT H - UGEE exam so you can appear if you fulfil the rest of the criteria which includes minimum 60% marks in PCM in your respective 12th boards.

IIIT Hyderabad B. Tech Cutoff 2020 would be the minimum qualification marks for cse are 255 to have been considered for admission to the Institute that candidates will have to secure such marks. As far as IIIT Hyderabad is concerned, it has no Mechanical Department as such. The institute specializes in technologies like AI, Computer and Electronics Technology, Robotics and Automation.

The exams are also uniformly and systematically distributed. Typically, Month 1 has no exam. Month 2 has Mid 1, month 3 has Mid 2 and month 4 has end sem exam.

You should score more than 220 marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad (other branches).
