I want to tell you that there's no any kind of reservation valid for the admission in IIIT's. So your EWS rank has no point there.

Now,You have no chances of getting admission in IIIT Hyderabad based on your general rank as the rank required for that is under 1000.

Comparing both college's is quite a tough . Bust as we know IIT Bombay I one of the Best engineering college in India . So, it is far better in teaching , it's campus , eventhough in departments . But comparing two different fields of two different institute is kind of hard. You know both are IIts & both give their best in building students future . The Aerospace engineering and CSE both field does not have any link . So , you can get any college but choosing IIT Bombay will be good for any department.

So according to your percentile and rank you are not suitable and eligible to register and grab your seats here. You can also wait till the last round as cutoff will decrease you can register there. Congratulations for your marks which you are getting your expected percentile is around 99.71 and rank will be around 2.5k. But For IIIT hydrabad you need atleast 99.91 percentile as per previous year cutoff. So you have less chances of getting IIIT hydrabad.
