I applied for IIIT Hyderabad last week for admission through open category based on 12th Mark's and JEE mains It was directly admission prior to counselling. my 12th Mark's 97% . JEE mains 94.2 percentile. could you please let me know the possibility of admission.

Based on previous year trends for IIIT Hyderabad Admissions, I am going to have to say that it is a long shot. The cutoff doesn't go below 99.2 percentile. Congratulations on such nice score. You might be getting a rank around or between 45,000 - 55.000 with the percentile of 94.2.
As for IIIT Hyderabad, the cut off ranks according to previous year trends are somewhere around 1150 to 2900, so getting a seat would be difficult there.
