Hello,
Its not right to compare but some questions needs to be answered when its about future. JNTU is good in terms of infrastructure, faculties, overall exposure that is required at the time of interviews. And on the other hand NIT Andhra Pradesh, though its new but it is a "NIT". If you are getting streams like CS, IT, ECE then i think you can go for NIT Andhra Pradesh, otherwise you should decide what matters more tag of "NIT" or other things.

Hello Aspirant,
EAMCET is the only entrance exam to get admission in JNTUH.
There is no other alternative exam to join in JNTUH. You need to pass all your subjects in your 12th board because without your inter marks are not eligible to qualify the TS EAMCET exam. Even though you get qualified in EAMCET if you have not passed your board there is no use.
To get admission in JNTUH you should have good qualifying marks in EAMCET entrance exam. Then you need to attend for counselling. Choose and arrange the colleges according to your priority and on basis of your cutoff.
If you want to get admission in JNTUH your rank should be in the range of 7k-8k(Atleast).
Hope this helps you.
All the Best!!!
Hi Manoj,
You Eamcet marks is fine. But you got average marks in IPE.So you have less chance of getting seat in JNTU colleges.Based on this year cutoff you can have a good chances.Every year there will be a change in cutoff.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi Gayathri,
Coming to JNTU,on an average 70-80 companies visit campus every of placements.
The jobs are divided into two types. a) Dream. b) Non-dream, with dream being packages above 4lpa. Under this dream package, there’s also ‘core’ companies. Basically, you aren’t allowed to sit further in placements, if you get placed in dream company.
Now, let me tell you, we get placements in every field including IT, Management, Analysis etc. The lowest package will be of the mass-recs(TCS, Wipro, Accenture etc) and they offer a compensation of 3–3.2lpa. The highest package varies from 10–14lpa(includes Google, Microsoft and/or any new startups).
Hope this will help you!
Thank You.
You have not specified any department or specific category but as I checked minimum of 50 % for B. Tech, B. Pharm and 55% for master degrees is required to qualify for admissions in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University of Anantapur(JNTU). You can check the previous years rankings to get an idea about it. You can check the link below for previous years ranking- https://www.careers360.com/colleges/jntua-college-of-engineering-anantapur/cut-off?college_id=7182&exam_sub_exam_id=1851&gender_id=1&counselling_id=4207&caste_id=2
The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.
It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
College infrastructure refers to the physical and technological facilities available on campus, such as classrooms, libraries, labs, sports facilities, and hostels. A good infrastructure supports a better learning environment and overall student experience. It includes modern amenities, proper maintenance, and accessibility for students and staff. A college with strong infrastructure helps in providing a comfortable and efficient space for academic and extracurricular activities.
