Migration certificate is not mandatory in some colleges,but some colleges can demand for.you can request to the management and admission cells.They will give a solution for it

Yeah well you will surely get fee reimbersment in state telangana.may be you wiil get that seat I'm not damn sure about that thing but last year statistics says that you may get that seat there with fee reimbursement,why only jntu you also can opt other cooleges which suits you
