You have not mentioned any specialization that you may want to get in.But you have secured a decent rank and with such merit rank you have higher chance of getting a seat in Osmania University, Hyderabad and JNTU, Hyderabad based on 2018 cut off trends.The seacured by candidate who have ranks below 1000.So after the filling of seats through GATE if there are vacancies you will get any of these universities.

Congratulations on good rank. Being in non local quota and with rank secures it is difficult to get seat in jntuh for b-pharmacy. 

However you can try in non-local quota whose elgibilitu will be declared depending on the applicants in that quota .

I would suggest you to go for jawharlal nehru technological university hyderabad and kakinada which ever is easier for your location to admission for electronics and communication engineering branch. see the curriculum of btech and faculty , infrastructure everything is excellent in jntu. so my suggestion goes for jntu.

I suggest you to prefer JNTU Kakinada over JNTU anantapuram. It has agood rating of 3.9/5. Well organized infrastructure with highly experienced faculty and well maintained classrooms are the highlights of this college. The placements are good especially for CSE and ECE departments. All the best
