You have secured a merit rank in TS PGECET! you have very high chances of getting a seat in Osmania Univeristy, Hyderabad as well as in JNTU, Hyderabad.But you have not mentioned your engineering discipline it is quite difficult to answer without that.It will be if you provide me which specialization you are intrested in so that I may give you relevant details.But NCC 'A' certificate does not have much importance, NCC 'C' certificate is valued.

Hi Venkat,JNTU  kalikiri provides boys hostel and there will be only limited places in it according to tha average no.of students live in thya hostel there every year.If you go there and take a seat in that or book one in that hostel then you will surely get place in it.

Yes, for your rank you have chances to get PG Admission at Osmania University. Since you belong to BC-D Category you have chances to get. But there are possibilties that even you may not get. Because as there are only 30 seats of intake given and the first priority is given to the GATE rankers rather than PGECET at the time of seat allocation.
