Every year the cutoff changes due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper,seats availability etc. as of now its tough to exactly tell about the cutoff of seat but based on previous year analysis.but last year cutoff data shows that JNTUH cutoff is below for various branches:

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING :3085

On such rank in TS EAMCET 2021 you would not be able to get seat in JNTUH because it's cu-off rank stays at very high rank. But you can get some other colleges on such rank.

As per your query  I would glad to tell you that at your rank you holds very good chances of getting seats in colleges like BV Raju Institute of Technology, Narsapur , Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad but getting admission in jntu for cse branch is quite difficult because cse seats close below 800 . Congratulation to her for performance in Entrance Exam.

As she secured good rank in entrance, so there is good chances to get admission in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy Engineering but not in CSE, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category last year a candidate with rank 339 was allotted seat in Computer Science Engineering in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in CSE in JNTU, Hyderabad. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
