I got 628 rank in tsicet and i belong to OC category. Also I'm non local.. I got nizam college in 1st round.. Is there any i can get jntu college in 2nd phase?

see cutoff rank change in every years, there is some determining factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, candidates category, choice of stream etc. however you did not mention you want to pursue mba or mca course. however for mba course in nizam college there is moderate chances. for mca course in nizam college has fair chances at this rank.
