Your rank is high to get seat in Osmania University or JNTU. and there is very less chance to get seat in Government colleges. Petroleum Engineering in JNTU Kakinada is a good option. As it is a university, the infrastructure is always good. Classrooms of college are digitalized, and there are well-equipped laboratories for every department. It has a big library with many volumes for all the departments, and a separate hostel for boys and girls which is maintained well is present.
Placement is also very suitable in this college definitely in software organisations like Infosys, TCS, Accenture and Capgemini.

There is no such thing like free seat and to take admission in JNTU you have to obtain a rank which comes under it's closing rank.On the basis of your rank obtained there seems less chances of yours to get a seat in JNTU as the rank you obtained does not comes under the closing rank required to get a seat in JNTU when compared with previous year closing rank.The previous year closing rank for CSE,ECE,EEE and Mechanical were around 9843 ,6995, 10921 and 12249 respectively and your rank does not comes under the closing rank.

JEE Main paper 2 is the entrance exam to get an admission into architecture undergraduate course which is Barch. Jntu Hyderabad do not offer Architecture course(that is it does not consider JEE paper 2 scores). Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University - ( JNAFAU) offers architecture course (Barch and Bplan)( Present in Hyderabad).
