Hello

It would be better if you had mentioned about your branch.

I think there are less chances to get into JNTU but cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors.

So there might be a  chance to get into jntu

Fill the colleges in applications based on your preference irrespective of  previous cutoffs

Hope this helps you

All the best!

Hey!

JNTU, Anantapur is one of the reputed and well-managed colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The college provides all the necessary facilities with good care. The faculties are experienced and passionate about what they are doing. The total fee for the 1st year is Rs. 25,000.

Now, let's see the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The department is 71 years old. The college has it's own department library. But only 70% of students got placed in different companies. The salary ranges from 2.4LPA - 14LPA. Companies like TCS and MathWorks came to recruit. Students have internships in BHEL, VTPS, etc.

Now, it's your choice. All the best!!

Thank you.

Hello Modivgn,

I would not suggest you could take chemical engineering anywhere unless you have special interest in it. What you can do is you take up any good private colleges if you're getting CSE there for example G Pullareddy college because placements will be upto the mark in kalikiri.

I hope it helps you.

Hello There,

To get admission in the JNTU Hyderabad, MTech in Civil engineering, you Need to get a score around 20-25 in GATE. For the year 2020, the cutoff score was 21.9 for the ST category. For the year 2019, the cutoff score was 18.8. It may increase or decrease based on the difficulty level of the exams and the number of students attempting the exam.

Speaking of Osmania University, I didn't get the particular information about cutoffs. I will update you as soon as find the cutoff scores of the OU.

Good luck and be safe...

Jntu karimnagar is better than cmrk as it is government associated body. It has an overall rating of 3.8/5 currently whereas 3.5/5 of cmrk. The placement records are better of JNTU. The only concern is that only TCS visits karimnagar branch for rest Hyderabad campus has to be preferred for placement activities as all placement related activities are carried out in Hyderabad. Hope this might help

Hello
Yarlagadda Ravi
, If you want to know about Jntu college of engineering kakinada then from some research on internet I found that it is not much good college but a average college. It has a low fees as well as placement was also normal about 5 lakh highest but infrastructure is good.

Hope it will be helpful for you :)

Hello

It's a tricky question. One is top most branch and another one is top most university  in AP.first , i will talk about branches. I think everyone knows more about cse than geoinformatics. If you go through cse, you should get more placement opportunities than geoinformatics. Every branch has its own scope. But coming to colleges andhra university is one of the best university .infrastructure and placements are also very good compare to jntu kalikiri. But placements in jntu kalikiri is not bad. If  your passion is  to do geoinformatics, you can choose  Andhra university for studying is best. If you wanna join in cse, you can choose another jntu college  rather than kalikiri. Because it is newly established college . If you can study on your own and attending for the out campus interviews,. You can prefer cse at jntu kalikiri. I hope this information helps you.

All the best.

College Infrastructure

It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
