Hope you are doing well. As per your query both GMR Institute of Technology and JNTU are very renowned and good colleges. The placement status of the former is good. Almost 65% students got placed from this college with good packages. The highest package offered was 8 LPA while the average was 4 LPA and the lowest being 2.4 LPA. Also students are offered great internships from this college. Companies like GMR, LNT, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and others comes for campus placements whereas in JNTU Kalikiri the placements are decent. I believe Chemical Engineering at JNTU or Osmania has a wider scope and career prospects than Food Process Technology at Osmania. If possible change your preference in order to get the former branch.

Being located near Industrial hubs at Hyderabad and Chennai futher provide impetus to training and placements. Companies like LG chem, Piramal, Dr Reddys, IOCL are regular recruiters at JNTU Chemical. On the other hand Osmania University has a brilliant culture of students preparing for GATE/CAT/UPSC and other competitive exams and pursuing careers in their respective interest domains.

among the above colleges, jntu kakinda is established in 1946 whereas nit ap was established in 2015.  jntu kakinda is also ranked 97 by NIRF. however on basis of alumni and students reviews , nit ap tadepalligudam is better. it has better faculties(teaching quality), academics and infrastructure.it is a good growing institute while for jntu kakikda , it is a good college but its placement decreased from 2016. int NIT , ap many mnc come for placement and placement are also good. it is also better in terms of co curriculur activitiesand aslo students got more free time to do extra activities and study according to the timetable, overall it is better .

It is a Public/Government Institute is located in Hyderabad , Telangana and Co-Ed Education . Courses offered here Btech , Mtech , Dual degree e.t.c. and Average Package offered is 6 Lakhs for Btech good facilities 15 students rated 4.5/5 .

• IIIT Pune: It is a new college established in the year 2016. So the first batch has not been graduated yet and it has no placement statistics.
• JNTUH : 94.65% of the total eligible students got placed. Highest salary offered was 17 LPA and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. 58 students got double job offer and  9 got triple offer from various companies.
