There will be not much difference in cutoff ranks of normal courses and integrated courses.The maximum cutoff rank is 3000 for any category.There is a lot of competition for these integrated courses and the number of seats for these courses are less. All the colleges mentioned in your question are at different locations but the parent college is the same which is jawaharlal nehru technology university , hyderabad.

All these are state government colleges and funded by telangana government.But among all the colleges, jntu hyderabad stands top as it is the parent college  where you can get a lot of exposure and good facilities in and around the college.There will be a lot of events conducted in the college.

As it a state government college, the college hostel facilities will be good and even the placements will be good

In my view both colleges are good.But I would like you to choose au college of engineering over jntu kalikiri. A few my friends and other stated that facilities are good in jntu kalikiri but lack of faculty ia the main problem. Also it was not as old institute as Au college, it was established in 2013 only.The placements are quite low when compared to Au college of engineering.  This is totally according to the best of my knowledge and other sources. You can do some personal research and can decide.

According to the college prediction details, you have less chances of getting cse in jntu kukatpally.But i think this year according to your reservation, you can get jntu but i am not sure about the branch you can get.You can even get cse in other good colleges like -

Both osmania university and jntu hyderabad are state government college funded by telangana government and are top colleges in telangana.I assume you belong to general category as you haven't mentioned the category you belong to.For a general category student with rank 3366 , it is difficult to get cse branch in jntu or osmania

2. osmania cutoff for cse - nearly 700

As you haven't mention about the category you belong to, i assume to be general and that you are a local student of telangana state. According to the previous year analysis, it is difficult for a general category student with rank 7418  it is difficult to get cse or it.You can get branches like mechanical,metallurgy,mining even in jntu hyderabad which is a better college than jntu karimnagar.
