kiit vs manipal university which is better?

As both the colleges are good but as per the rating and the reviews Manipal is better than KIIT but the only drawback is it is quite expensive.

in which college I shd take admission, vit rank (16437), jee main rank(32800), kiit rank(438), wbjee score 111, home state up, category-gen.

I would suggest you to try for good NITs first, if not then consider VIT, KIIT and then WBJEE. So to check where all and in which branches you can have admission chances you can use below given college predictors and accordingly decide -

my kiit rank is 13000 & srm rank is 31000. which college is better for information technology on my rank basis ????

As both the colleges are good, but if you get a chance to get admission in SRM main campus then better to choose that only.

The campus ended interest structure is very good to live in. It is very comfortable to Germany from campus to another campus.Reach the college provides versus electric vehicles.It also provides with best wi fi at networks at it also be used a laptop
