First of all congratulations 3275 is a good rank in KIIT and the answer for you question is Yes, you can get into Computer science engineering but the thing is there are few chances for you in getting into Computer Science  engineering  as the cut off for CSE

KIIT is one of the best engineering colleges but if you wish to take the chemical branch or if you like then go for it but if you are alloted this branch then definitely do not go for it as there is less packages for chemical branch.

Not at all good.Placement for M.tech in KIIT is very bad actually.Even most of CSE students also fail.to secure placement so you can imagine the situation of Civil engineering.So, i would suggest you not go for M.tech in KIIT.

As you have mentioned that you have secured 3003 women's rank and 14132 general rank. Considering last few years cutoffs you may not be eligible to get a seat in CSE branch. However, there are chances that you may get IT. CSE and IT are very similar branches.
