Yes my University Kalinga Institute of Technology has all the facilities and equipments which are required by an average student. The classrooms have blackboards and smart projections. It has Wi-Fi connection which works very fast. These all facilities are well maintained and are in use. If we talk about hostel and its facilities so they are also very good and food are hygienic
I did my BTech from Kalinga Institute of Technology. I decided to do my graduation from here as due to its good will and facilities provided here and also the fertility. The teachers are very friendly and caring. They try to make a square about each and every topic which is taught in the class.
The quality of placements provided here are very good full stop around 95% of the students are being placed here. Average salaries varies from 7 to 8 lacs. Highest package gone at my time was 45 lacs to a civil student. The college is very supportive in the matter of placements. The process is quite easy and pleasant for everyone.
Yes my CLG has all facilities and equipments.wr have projectors AC in our classroom . The living places are nice and yes even the food is hygienic.wifi is pretty fast but is monitored all the time.....
Am studying EEE to become a ETO in merchant NAVY. The quality of teaching is very good . teachers are very friendly. Yes my curriculum is updated to the present scenario and and includes the recent development in field. Yes it make me job Ready.
The quality of placement is pretty good here the AVG package goes up to 6-7 Lacs and the the highest package offered till date is 48lacs offered to a CIVIL student. Around 95% students get placed more than 1400 companys visit KIIT every year.placement process is obviously not that easy it's a headache for every one but yes the college is helpful.
My Course cost me 3.5lacs per year-14 Lacs for 4 years. I think it will be worth it.lets see
The best part apart from studies is the college campus life and hostel life. Students can engage themselves in various activities like swimming tennis badminton we have different courts for each and every game . The canteen is pretty cool however the mess food ?? isn't that good . The wardens can be a headache sometimes .the college is in the heart of the city . And definitely it can handle emergencys it has it's own hospital
Yes our college have all the necessary infrastructure. All our classroom are supported with wifi, Air conditioner, smart classes etc... And the library can accommodate over 300 students. Yes the whole campus is clean and well maintained and the quality of food is very good.
I'm studying Automobile Engineering and quality of teaching is very good. Yes the curriculum is updated and includes all development. Yes it makes us job ready because the way they prepare students is vey good.
Very good results in placements. Almost 80-90 percent students were placed last year, very good companies. They average salary were around 4-5 lakhs in the year 2019-2020. The highest package was around 13 lakhs.
KIIT has one of the best infrastructures in India, and it is a college of eminence. Hostels are provided with free Wi-Fi connections for students. We have well-equipped labs and smart classrooms with both projector and LED TV for a good interactive class atmosphere with required restrictions.
I'm graduating in B.TECH ( Information Technology) . Because IT involves the study and application of computers and any type of telecommunication that store retrive study transmit manipulate data and end information. The curriculum of KIIT is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
Placement percentage of students were almost 100%. Highest package obviously goes to CSE.The present scenario of placements in KIIT is quite good but less in number than previous year. It is not like that companies are not visiting the campus. They are visiting but taking students in less number than previous year.(Not for all companies, generally mass recruiters).
My course costs 4 lacs approx per year. Yes I'm getting my money's worth.
College infrastructure is good and it have all the facilities available in the campus. All equipments are also available. College have all the necessary labs, India's best library, and sports centre and college is fully covered with wi-fi. And we'll maintained. Food quality also good and living place is also good.
I am studying b.tech in information technology because it is my interest. And in KIIT the placement in cs/IT is also good teacher quality is average. And I think curriculum needs to be improved according to today's need but they make job ready person so it's okay.
Placement quality is great, almost everyone gets package and 100% student of cs/IT gets placed. Average salary is around 5-6lc and process is definitely pleasant for everyone . College is definitely supportive but you have to study.
350000 per year. Money worth it placements wise. Not knowledge gaining wise.
Campus life is great .you will enjoy the life and vibes are also great. There are societies to engage in different fields of areas and yaah teacher is supportive and it's location is safe and for emergency there is KIMS hospital ?.
You will enjoy the life and placement but don't expect knowledge gaining thing if you want you have to study.
KIIT has one of the best infrastructures in India, and its a college of eminence. Hostels are provided with free 24/7 Wifi and smart LED TV in the mess. The whole college is divided into campuses and each campus has it's own cafeteria, Sports complex, open air theatre, high tech labs and many more facilities. It's a well planned infrastructure with a lot of greenery to watch. Security here is top notch so you need not worry about anything. The hostels are huge and clean.
I have studied Computer Science and Systems Engineering. Quality of teacher are very good. Every faculty does not believe in just coming and reading out the slides, they believe in taking interests in children and guide them accordingly in life. The curriculum is well organized and always keeps up with the new technological trend that's going on. The syllabus has everything to land you a job rest all depends on you and how you prepare for it.
Quality of placements is by far the best. Placement team in KIIT is the best in India. They take care of each in every student and assures us that we are in a great hands. Every year KIIT manages to bring around 200 companies for campus placements. Every year the record of students getting placed is close to 100% and in some years it's also 100%. Average CTC offered was 5LAC. And highest that goes is around 21 Lakhs.
Studying in KIIT isnot easy if you dont have money. KIIT is costly. Per Year it took me 4.5 Lakhs. But spending this amount of money is totally worth it because of it good placement record. During pandemic when rest of the world were loosing jobs or getting fired, KIIT was one such institute who brought around 200 companies to it's campus and with full pace placements were going on. Many other top colleges of India were not able to provide jobs to their students meanwhile KIIT was doing wonders.
Campus life has been the best life. The best features are that it has everything. It has multiple sports Complexes, cafeterias, open air theatres etc etc. Students can take part in fests, enroll themselves in different societies, and enjoy the campus life at it's best. Location of KIIT is very good. Outside KIIT you will find every other good and famous franchise restros, stationary shops. KIIT has it's own medical college called KIIMS. They have their own hospital. Also policestation is nearby.
The facilities are marvelous, clean and also well maintained. Everything that is needed is already there. Also, if any of the infrastructure is needed, the colleges manages to get them for the students.Food is clean and hygienic.
I'm currently studying Mechatronics Engineering. The faculty members are average. Not so extraordinary neither so bad. The curriculum is updated and really well maintained. KIIT teaches in a very practical way that makes every student job ready.
KIIT did a record in placements in the year 2020. A college that manages to get a record in placement even in a pandemic situation is a college every student will look upto. I don't really know about the percentage of placement or the highest salary but it is pretty good.
1.75lac per semester is the course fee(excluding hostel fees and other fees) To be honest. The fees could be a little less. But as of the placement and the environment of the college is concerned. It is a price worth to pay.
Campus life is amazing.
The infrastructure of the college is amazing. The buildings are well maintained. The classroom are well it and are air conditioned. The washrooms are also well maintained. The library is of international standards and would provide a lot of books on any particular course that a particular school offers. No books are found on ant other topics except academics. Sports and fitness centers are well equipped. Hostels are good too with wifi facilities. Food is delicious and hygienic.
I was studying btech mechatronics engineering under the school of Mechanical engineering. But unfortunately the teaching delivered in my branch is not upto the mark. There are not many teachers that are actually qualified ro teach the subject. More over the curriculum is more of basic standard and not much emphasis is given on updating it hence if you want to expand your knowledge on anything you have to do it on your own. But teachers will support you for sure.
For a computer science students the placements are very good. The highest package went up to 24 lakhs per annum. But for core sectors like mechanical, civil and electrical the placement is not upto the mark. In my branch that is Mechatronics very few people were placed. I urge everyone don't opt for mechatronics . This branch has no scope now may have scope in the future but for now nothing.
For me its was 12 lakhs for a 4 year btech degree. It is slightly higher than any other private engineering college here in odisha . My per year fee was 3 lakh rupees with an addition of 2000 for semester registration and examination fee. I don't feel getting the worth of my money back as I didn't recieve a good placement.
Campus life is amazing . Everyday some kind of activity happens in KIIT . Students actively participate in those and there are many societies of students interest so campus life is good. There is much larger scope if anyone wants to pursue there hobby in anything apart from studies.
I would like to say don't go for mechatronics as a subject at all for now. If you want a good corporate job go for computer science and engineering .
College have all necessary facilities and equipments... It has well maintained library, seminar halls, auditorium, well equipped labs, world class sport facilites, hostel services are far better. Apart from these Academic building and campuses are world level.
Academic and teachings are very well and satisfactory . Professors and mentors entertain your queries and help you in all possible way. Professors and trainers are very experienced and teaching methodologies are latest and updated.
The placement in the IT sector from KIIT is far better from other colleges. Infact they ensure 100% placement in School of computer engineering. Only thing that might affect will be its policy that you can't sit for placement of the company untill they are offering double the package from your previous company where you are already placed. So, choose wisely in which company you want to go for the placement.
Honestly they fee and charges are quite high.
You will thoroughly enjoy your college life, if you are doing your graduation from KIIT. You will have many memories to cherish for lifetime. You will be getting many opportunities to showcase your talents. The staffs and fellow students will help you all possible way.
I enjoyed my college life in every aspect. Only thing that will bother me forever is that i and my batchmates were forced to live at home due to this corona pandemic.?
KIIT University is a excellent college . It's placement, infrastructure are too good . Faculty are excellent also. They are very friendly and always help us to solve any kind of problem . KIIT have a large campus. Classroom are modern and neat and clean. Hostel room are also neat and clean. Library are excellent. There are many kind of book in our library. WiFi campus . There are sports center and food court in the campus. The quality of food in hostel and food court are too good .
I am studying BTech in Information technology . In KIIT CSE and IT placement are good enough . That's why I chose this branch and got it according to kiitee rank. Faculty of those branch are good enough . They help us and support us always to make project, internship and give us solution to solve any kind of problem. To get a good placement after 4 years you have to maintain cgpa about 8.5 . It will help a lot during placement and you have some skills in programming , project etc .
KIIT have a good record in placement. Mainly in CSE and IT branch almost 95 % students got placement in each and every year. The Highest package in 2020 was 39 lakhs per annum a student got from CSE branch . The average salary 5-7 lakhs per annum. Amazon, Adobe , Ericsson , TCS are the good companies comes for placement . The placement process is easy and KIIT always gives students training about how to get placement in good companies .
In KIIT tution fees are very enough. Per semester tution fees are 175000 . Including hostel fees and college fees you have to pay approx 18-19 lakhs in 4 years total . But according to placement and qualities of study cost is good .
College campus are greeny and neat and clean and well decorated also . Campus Life is luxary. Good hostel room , playground , swiming pool , cricket ground etc also available. Students can do photography, singing, dancing etc extracurricular activities with studies. Students , teacher and support staff are too friendly. They always solve any issue quickly.
Good college . Good placement . Good faculties . So I will suggest if you want to take admission in this college then go for it .
