yes, it has all necessary facilities and equipment. Laboratories are well flourished with all upgraded versions of software classrooms are net and clean. The food is tasty and hygienic.Everything is well maintained.
I am studying IT because am into software development , I like to develop apps and very keen to know about present technologies across the globe. The quality of teaching is nice. NO, it is not fully updated but it includes some recent technologies. yes, it makes job-ready.
the quality of placements is nice . Almost 100% of students get placed(specially cse, it ), highest salary package offered around 32 LPAf was given to civil. the average salary offered is 3.5 LPA for cs and it.According to seniors the placement process is easy and pleasant , college is very supportive
above 3 lakhs, yes
It has the best infrastructure, there ample number of societies and one can join according to their interests, staffs, and teachers are friendly, locations is good, yes it is safe,
one should keep exploring everything
It's great to be here infrastructure wise you will not face any kind of problem not only for studies als for sports and other other activities. Wifi is available all across the college and every class room has its own projector and centralized ac is also there. Labs are also in great condition.
I am studying in csse department in KIIT and I found most of the teaches very helpfull. You will have interaction with industry leaders and experts though webinars and seminars and they also do care about your placement so they will not give up on you.
First of all you get placement on your capabilities. As far as the college is concerned it will help you in all sort possible, it will train you and also bring companies to the campus.we have a dedicated traning and placement cell for that. and about average salary it is arround 6 lpa.
If you are going to stay in hostel it will cost arround 20 lacks in 4 years.
Kiit has a large campus to enjoy and you will build some great memories that's for sure believe it.
My college has a spot-on infrastructure, it's one of the best among all the colleges in our country. The facilities, classrooms, libraries, hostels, everything is well maintained. KIIT doesn't compromise in cleanliness. The hostel food is hygienic and much better than other colleges.
I'm studying Btech in CSE because it's faculties are quite good. They teach accordingly and the curriculum is totally updated. They also have special department to make students ready for jobs. The department also provides some training on various technologies which one can try out after consulting with the seniors.
The placements stat is overally much better than the rest of the colleges of the state. 100% students are placed and highest package was around 37 lpa and it went to a girl of CSE or IT branch. Avg salary offered is around 3-4 lpa.
Yes, college provides a good infrastructure and facilities. Hostel is good. But mess food is bad. In hostels we also have wifi facilities. Sports complex in every department. AC Classroom in all departments.
Some teachers here are really helpful but not all. Curriculum is up-to-date. Extra skills to be developed by our own. College teaches as per the curriculum. And for extra course they take seperate charges like summer training etc.
I am in my 2nd year still don't have faced the placement procedure. But as per my seniors college the college provides us good opportunity and various company visits the campus. There is also a department which prepare us for placement activities
Institution Fee - 1,75,000 per semester + Hostel fees - 28,000 ( 3 bed sharing non AC ) + Mess fees- 17,000. Hostel feel vary as per room sharing. 50,000( 3 bed sharing AC) 60,000( 2 bed sharing AC) 40,000( 2 bed sharing non AC)
Good campus life.
great infrastructure , good sports facilities , badminton , tenis , volleyball ground everthing is provided in our college . college also provides with good amount of theatres and other areas for students to perform . we have seperate libraries for different department
my branch is electronic and electrical engineering . i choose this course because it facinated me , quality of teaching is great teacher forces us to particpate in various competetition and projects . my cirriculam is updated
placement is better , highest package is 20 lac offered to it branch , average package is 4 lac , placements was more less nice , our techers supported us and prepared us for placements . various companies came
our yearley fees is 3.2 lac which is more or less ok , but college provides various other facilities so it is ok for my year , but it is increasing for further years
awesome campus , campus is very student friendly , various caffeteria for students to relax , and garden spaces for students to relax
overall great experience ,
My college has a spot-on infrastructure, it's one of the best among all the colleges in our country. The facilities, classrooms, libraries, hostels, everything is well maintained. KIIT doesn't compromise in cleanliness. The hostel food is hygienic and much better than other colleges.

Course cost per year is quite massive though they deliver accordingly. The college is conducting all the classes and exams on time so that no one would face trouble later.
KIIT's campuses are great, especially the MBA campus. These are spacious and there is greenery everywhere. And there is KSAC, the place where every student can engage in various activities that goes with their passion and interests. There is no ragging in the whole campus and staffs and fellow students are quite supportive. It's located at the place where anyone can avail all the essentials within a walking distance. It has its own hospital. Also, there is a police station nearby. And yes, KIIT
I think everyone knows about kiit campus which is spread in 700 acres having all the facilities in it and its well maintained also,if any one join kiit i gurantee that he/she will never complain about campus.
Currently i'm pursuing my 5th sem of Computer science engineering and all the proffesors are very supportive and helpful and we can contact them any time we want and we have all the latest laboratory,As its a very huge pandemic time almost every educations system and intitute get affected but kiit is conducting all the exams and class online very smoothly without any difficulty.
As i am in 5th semester so i have'nt appeared in the placmenrt till now,but i have heard from lots of my seniors about getting good opportinuity and high paying jobs and more than 200 companies visit every year to offer jabs.
If we talk about mess and hostel charges it is value for money but when it comes to tuttion fees it not because it almost 3.5 lacs a year which cant be afford by a normal person and examination and registrations fees is also not included.
Campus life is going to be super awesome,i only stayed there 1 year beacuse of covid 19 but that 1 year was really cool really enjoyed alot and also had really different experience in my life, college enviroment is free from all type of pollution so student also like to go and walk in campus and spent time outside the room.
Overall the college experince is going to be really superb student get lots of opportunity in almost every field, hostels are very good and mess food is also very healthy, everyone gets 24 hour free high speed wifi and all the facilities.
The infrastructure for maintaining an up to date study environment is provided by the college. All classrooms are air conditioned with smart boards and wifi services are available everywhere in the campus. The co curricular buildings like KSAC and sports buildings are highly maintained too.
I am studying CSE currently and my college puts a lot of stress on the curriculum, as academics always come first in KIIT. The curriculum is updated according to the market scenario and the college prepares us such that we are job ready when we graduate. Although some obsolete stuff is also taught as it is a part of the Engineering syllabus.
The quality of placements is very high ,with the percentage going as high as 97-99% every year. The highest package is in the range of The average is 7-8Lpa.My placement exams hav not started yet but the preparations for it had been started from my 3rd semester onwards.
The total cost for me in my 4 years is around 20 lakhs, that is around 5 lakh per year.
The campus life of KIIT offers everything a person can try,but managing one's time between studies and co-curriculars is a challenge as classes go from 8 am to 6 pm ,and during placements training it can go till 10 pm. The support staff is very good and the places are very well equipped to handle emergencies.
Overall, KIIT is not something everyone can afford, but if you can then it offers a great environment for studying and also for developing your personality.
Good Infrastructure with a lot of good buildings and sporting facilities. Has a lot of places for students to hang out in and the campus building are masterclass in itself with around 50 classes in 1 building.
Teachers are good and understand the student really well irrespective if a student is good or bad. The libraries are amazing and the support staff is also good which helps each student in any sort of way.
The college ensures the student is placed in an amazing company which both helps the student to grow as a colleague and as a person. It ensures each student is placed and the list of good companies is never ending.
Yes,it is value for money
Amazing college with all of opportunities for you to succeed in.Gives a lot of chances for a student to take himself forward and do well in life.
When it comes to infrastructure KIIT has done a commendable job because as we all know our buildings endured even the fani cyclone. The classrooms are well lit ,air conditioned have digital classrooms. The wifi in hostel works okay.. it's not better than the one I have at home but it's alright. The hostels hygiene may vary from hostel to hostel.I was in QC08 and it was the premium hostel and very well maintained.
I'm pursuing B.tech in Computer Science engineering and like most of the new high school graduate I had science stream and received good marks ,so decide to continue with B.tech.The quality of study is fine but some of the courses could be taught better.
Most of the students get placed may it be an average company or company like amazon. The average salary offered to most of the students may be 5lpa.College was supportive while the placements season but it also depends on you how much you make efforts.
The course costed almost 5 lpa including my hostel and mess fees, which is if you ask me ,a little too much.Although KIIT does and organize a loot of activities to keep the students involved in extra curricular and academics as well with the help of it's socities. If you make genuine efforts on your part, you might get your money's worth.
Campus Life is good in KIIT,except for firts year girls who are not allowed to go out of thier hostels whenever they want.Other than that you get a very indulging and active campus Life, you'll find yourself walking from one campus to another campus ,because the whole campus is huge and you'll have classes in different departments. Also the societies and club contribute towards the campus Life a lot.
Kiit is overall a good college but the harsh truth is that you'll not learn unless you want to learn even if you were in an IIT.
Hello Aditya,
With a NEET UG 2025 score of approximately 280, getting a BDS seat in Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences (KIDS), KIIT University, Odisha will be a challenge. The NEET cut-off ranks for BDS in KIDS from previous years suggest that it will be very difficult. In fact, the closing rank for BDS at KIDS was 1,198,235 for general category in Round 3, NEET 2023 and 1,011,636, NEET 2022 (Both NEET scores were significantly above 280).
That said, cut-off scores based on ranks are not stable year to year based on the number of applications, seat availability or other performance observed in a particular year. However, you should still take part in the NEET counselling process and look at other private dental colleges, where the cut-off marks may be lower. Check here for more information: Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences, Bhubaneswar Cutoff 2025
HEY THERE!!
Which to Choose?
UPES is preferable if you desire better placement percentages, updated curriculum with specialisations, and greater international exposure. The highest and average packages are also slightly improved, and the university provides good industry relations and global options.
KIIT is also an excellent private university with a good reputation, good placements, and great campus life. If you like its campus culture or location, it's still a strong option.
In general, UPES has a marginal advantage in placements and industry interaction for Computer Science.
Select according to your preferences: location, charges, campus, and specializations.
Hello Pranav,
Choosing between IIPM Bangalore or KSRM, KIIT (ABM) will depend on your aspirations, budget, and needs with respect to the academics and placements.
If you want a recognized MBA in Agribusiness Management with UGC-approved degrees and you are looking for a short career path in the sectors of Agriculture, development and rural management, and you want structured academics and decent resources and growing relationships with the industry, then KSRM, KIIT (ABM) is surely the better choice. IIPM Bangalore has been known, in the past, for its aggressive marketing and popularity, but there are negative sentiments in the professional arena regarding the lack of academic credibility over the past. Furthermore, they do not offer UGC-recognized degrees, which perhaps would hinder your career or postgraduate education and career goals in government jobs.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a legitimate, recognized, and secure degree with a future in sector-specific options for careers, choose KSRM, KIIT (ABM).
