See UPES is a core university in Petroluem and Geo Sciences and in the same LNMIIT is a CS / IT based University. So because of this reason I insist you to join in LNMIIT if your looking for

you will have to contact the institute to find out about this. This will be best resolved by them. Pls call them up and the admission office will be helping out.

Manipal is a much better college than LNMIIT on almost all the aspects be it placement, academics or whatever.

Note that placements in LNMIIT are bad

Because Lnmiit Jaipur takes intake on the basis of JEE MAINS marks and according to recent years cutoff the lowest score is 120.so try looking at the list once more.
