Top-notch infrastructure at Manipal University Jaipur! Well equipped classrooms, modern laboratories, extensive library resources, and fantastic sport facilities. I wasn't a hostel guy but have heard positive review regarding it.
As in my case ,Curriculum was maintained properly with good internal assessments and examinations. Industry relevant programs to ensure we were job-ready. Examinations standard are also very good with fair markings.
Placement quality is decent , many opportunities for students for internships as well as full-time offers. Impressive salary packages for some companies, and placement cell is supportive towards us. Even placement classes involving all necessary topics are held.
As for me(2024 graduation), cost of B.Tech.(CSE) was 3 Lakhs rupees per year. As for the facilities and the services, I find this quite right. But the hostel fees I found a bit expensive, but as per the utilities, many say it is alright.
Great campus life, very supporting teachers and management. Very peaceful and engaging environment.
The buildings are very well-maintained in terms of both architecture and cleanliness. There are 5 main academic buildings, each housing different departments and having huge holding capacities. The classrooms are all equipped with ACs and digital boards
Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is updated frequently, is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are more on the difficult side and the pass percentage is above 80 percent.
Every student who had an aggregate higher than 60% in their 12th boards was placed in my course. Sixty-five percent of the students in the course have got internships in companies like Google, Microsoft, and many more renowned companies.
The course curriculum is well designed.
Absolutely beautiful campus of Manipal university Jaipur. The college has all the amenities, good infrastructure made for the college and hostel campus both. Well structured library with all the course as well as extra books like reference or old project reports or literature.
Academics are good at Manipal with well synced syllabus according to the need of job and job roles that come into the campus placements to help students learn relevant skill set and be as job ready as possible to achieve heights.
Placements at Manipal are given proper importance and they understand that students need proper guidance for the same. The placement department have managed to bring in good companies for the campus placements to give that assistance to students in placement
Amazing infrastructure and amazing campus of Manipal university jaipur. It does have all the important facilities available with hygienic hostels and mess food is also maintained. Living space are also hygienic.
Academics is well updated with keeping other engineering universities in mind and matching the core courses of the different department’s students to have a good competitive edge over other college students also.
Good placements quality in manipal. They help get most of the students placed. Almost on average everybody does gets a placement excluding people who does not want to sit for the placements, have their family businesses to join etc. but yes they do bring in good campus opportunities.
Manipal is one of the best built colleges in jaipur. It has all the necessary infrastructure facilities available with very good campus area planning for hostels/accomodations as well as mess, sports etc. Classrooms are also well structures and well maintained
Academics at Manipal is upto the mark. They have projects, MUNs, conventions, conferences incorporated in their curriculum schedule which makes it intresting and intriguing to learn for students. So yes, the environment and academic there makes you job ready.
Manipal is good in terms of placements. Manipal had good placement deparment people available to levarage their connections, network and experience for a good campus placement experience and job roles, job profiles for their batch of students
Manipal University has very good infrastructure. Yes, they do have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment present in the campus, with incampus library also with updated reference books of all the courses. Living spaces are also clean and maintained.
Academics at Manipal are good with cultural to tech fests all act as a source of learning something new and getting hands on experience of whatever you have studied to stay relevant and upskill simultaneously if required. The curriculum also aligns with all the other engineering colleges.
Placements at Manipal are good with a very experience placement coordinator, team etc working with and for students to grab amazing opportunities to start their career in most efficient manner and with as good of the opportunity as they can bring in with campus placements
The education of Manipal University is very good. The college does not have lack of facilities. The campus is a bit old.All the facilities like equipments kept in the labs are well maintained and library facilities are available. The sizes of the classrooms are very big and the capacity of one class room is 200 students.
Manipal University is also very ahead in terms of academics, I have completed my studies from this university. The teachers of the university are very polite and teachers come from different places of India to teach in Manipal. This college needs a little extra-curricular attention
University placement is not very good in comparison to fees because the highest package in the university is around 30 lakhs and the average package is around 6 lakhs.Every year 70% to 80% children are placed. The placement process is easy and good.
The total fees of B.tech is 19.5 lakhs in Manipal Institute of Technology.Despite the fees being so high, students are not able to get many facilities. Students have to travel a lot to get things. I feel that the fees of the university are a bit high and the placements are less, so investing money here was not a good idea for me.
The college campus is very big but also very old. Various facilities are available in the college, from the general store to the laundry facility is also available in the college campus. There are events happening here all the time. The staff and teachers here are polite and behave well with the students. This university is located in Manipal
The university is not good in terms of overall placement but is good in campus life.
The college was so wonderful, a lot of trees and plants. The college had such a good cleanliness also the security was also pretty good over there. The hostel blocks were opposite to the college or the academic area. Hostel area was surrounded by a lot of trees and beautifully decorated when there was any event or any festival.
The academics was pretty good, the teachers were very helpful and also were very skilled. We could ask them any doubt and they could solve it easily. The curiculum consists of all the courses and subjects that was necessary for the specialization.
Placements which were taken place was on of the best thing, right from 3rd years 2nd semester the companies took place and by the end of the 4th year the students were placed. Lot of students were encouraged for doing business, scholarship programs, etc.
The college has so many positive vibes, that the college cost which was paid by us, was all valued.
The campus life is terrific, the college had domino's inside the campus. Good security. Terrific subjects and courses offered. Greenery. Swimming pool. Badminton court, Jam room, table tennis.
Manipal has top most facilities available. It has a very beautiful campus as well it gives historical monument vibe. It has library with huge collection and well maintained l also good ,hostel has comfortable stay with wifi facilities.
Academic totally depends upon the course you had choosen Btech curriculum is little outdated and more marksdrivin though faculty is cooperative . Other then curriculum we also overloaded with assignment and test .
For students who are in CSE or ECE they get better placement in comparison to another branches. Companies like TCS, tech Mahindra, Dell visit to recruit btech students manipal also have internship for all students.
Yes , Manipal is value for money as well as my course cost around 10-12 lakhs.
Life is very good in Manipal
If you get a scholarship or bolelong to an upper/upper middle class family They I suggest Manipal
College infrastructure of manipal university jaipur is very great and non-comparable from other universities. The Land area covered for manipal is around 122 acre which sound great also unbelievable. All the essential need are being fulfilled under one roof of manipal.
Academic status of manipal is average according to me because currently I am doing btech. CS which need huge study and catch on technology related study which are not being fulfilled by the present faculty. Although the curriculum of ther courses related to management are good.
Quality of placement is great as highest package was around 50 LPA , average package is around 8 LPA this is a type of good information for new upcoming students. Through the supportive nature of teachers only students are able to gain that much heights in there life.
Manipal is value for money because they give all the facilities and not having any restriction which hinders the focus of students to not to take admission in manipal.
Campus life is good.
All in all college is good still having culture of smoking and alcohol in open but this can be ignored because it's depend on students how they adapt aur deny the environment which not facilitates them.
Hello Vishal,
With a score of
121 in MET 2025
and
86% in PCM board exams
, here's a general analysis:
Predicted Rank:
A MET score of 121 typically falls in the 15,000 to 18,000 rank range , though this can slightly vary each year based on exam difficulty and student performance.
Since MET does not officially release detailed rank-score data, this estimate is based on past trends and analysis.
Chances for CSE at MUJ (Manipal University Jaipur):
CSE at MUJ is one of the most in-demand branches, and usually the closing rank lies around 8,000 to 10,000 .
With a predicted rank around 15,000 to 18,000 , getting CSE at MUJ is quite unlikely in the initial rounds .
However, you may have a
chance in the later rounds or spot rounds
if seats remain vacant or cutoff drops.
Recommendations:
Consider applying for branches like ECE, IT, or Data Science , which have slightly higher closing ranks.
Keep checking counselling rounds regularly for any updates or vacant seats.
You can also look at internal sliding options after first year, based on academic performance.
I would recommend you to use MET College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.
Scoring 82 out of 240 in the Manipal Entrance Test means your r ank is likely to be above 40,000, based on previous years’ trends. Unfortunately, this rank is quite low for CSE Stream at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), especially at the main Manipal campus.
Manipal campus (main): CSE cutoffs are typically under 3,000–4,000 rank.
Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) and Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) may have higher cutoff ranks for CSE — sometimes up to 15,000–20,000 or more.
Hello Aspirant,
MET (Manipal Entrance Test) cutoff for an M.Sc. program at Manipal University is above 190. Candidates are advised to secure minimum 190 marks or above out of the total 240 marks. This will allow the candidates to have a higher chance of securing admissions into their preferred course and campus.
According to your marks, may be you wont get into your preferred course but these are possible chances that you might get another course and campus with this range of marks. The authorities will consider various factors while preparing the cutoff of MET 2025, such as the previous year's trends, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, the number of applicants, the total number of seats available, etc. The MET 2025 cutoff will vary as per the candidate's selected category, course and campus.
