You can easily get CSE branch in MITs gwalior if your JEE rank is good there is no boundaries or not any other rule for Outside MP students,

The rules who apply on MP students same rules follow for other state students so don't about your state, anybody

sorry to say vaibhav as you belongs to jharkhand you dont have state domicile and computer science branch in mits gwalior closes at a rank of about 80000.but with this score you can get other branches except computer science and information technology.

The hostel fees depends on the individual's food types and other facilities he wants apart from basic facilities provided. But through experience students from MITS Gwalior says that if you dont want to fuck up your career you must not take hostels. There are some points told by a friend
