Yes you are eligible to for UGC NET and JRF. The eligibility criteria states you to have a master's degree from a recognized institute. And as you have mentioned that Narsee Monjee is a recognized University then you are totally eligible.

For the previous year  the cut off for waitlist was 169, with sectional shorts around 96 in Verbal, 144 in Logical, and 120 in QA. A score >210 will give you great chances of getting a waitlist, >215 is certainly taken shots at waitlist.  You have great score, however just the NMAT score isn't sufficient. You need to visit www.nmat.org.in to register online and complete the registration process by paying the registration fees. You will be allotted a GMAC registration number and you need to remember this for all future references.
