During classes mobiles are not allowed.However in hostels or inside the campus carrying mobile phones are allowed and the staffs are very much helpful and supportive there.Dont worry you will not have any problem there.Many students come from outside they need to carry mobile phones for keeping contact with the home.Its mandatory.

NIST, Berhampur is an autonomous institution recognized by the University Grants Commission. It is one of the very good colleges in India with better placements. It has an NAAC rating of A. Also, the gym is available here. Also, it is associated with many MNCs and top institutions. It also has many internal clubs in it. First of all it is strongly recommended that you have knowledge about the institute prior to locking in the choices.

As far as NIST is concerned, it was a college will good research facility, academic-industries tie up, recreational facility such as grounds for various physical games are available, medical facility provided, and a lot more.. which you can read on their official website (http://www.nist.edu/about/nistataglance.html)

Although it has a median placement package of 3 LPA for Engineering and 2.6 LPA for Architecture. You can make a better choice if you have peer reviews from alumni or students of that college which you can read on this page .

Silicon Institute of Technology is the best for CSE branch from the above mentioned colleges. The college is in the core part of the capital city, Bhubaneswar. The academics is excellent along with the faculty members who are very helpful. You will grow as a student in academics  as well as in co-curricular activities. I would happy to say that im also ex-student of National Institute of Science and technology batch 2015-2019 the reality was if you had 58 percentage in 12th then campus placements is very crucial for you because most of 80% companies criteria is 12th score more then 60% then only you will able to attended the campus drive and semester exams result mostly not effect on your campus placements and off campus drive also mostly similar criteria.

Undoubtedly, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University and National Institute of Science and Technology are among top notch colleges of India. Bharati Vidyapeeth has been ranked 38th among universities while NIST Orissa is more inclined towards Technology. Both the colleges have renowned faculties. It is quite difficult to compare both the colleges. But going by the placement record, it is better in NIST. More than 90% students from CSE are placed every year. Infosys, TCS, BYJU'S, Jaro Education, Accenture, Wipro, MindTree, L&T are some of the recruiters of this college. The companies offer around 3 lpa as average package. However in special cases the Institute may permit a student admitted through JEE,to change from one branch to another after the first 2 semesters. If you have good CGPA.

Jain University is heart of Bangalore city ,the University offers state of the art facilities and infrastructure . it is deemed university and highly top-ranked in India .
