Among these colleges although both are best but you have to decide in which field you have interest that is about branch as college is only 4 years partner but branch is lifetime partner.so you should compromise with college but not with branch.

If you are comfortable wih mechanical branch than go with nit.

To get admission in NIT Raipur or any other NIT you need to appear for your JEE Main exams.
NIT accepts only the JEE Main score and no other exam not even JEE Advance.
In order to get in NITs you have to crack the JEE Main exam with a valid score and then appear for JOSSA counseling and if you'll make the cutoff you'll be selected for NIT.

The highest salary package offered is usually 7lpa from metallurgy in software development professions while the lowest was 4lpa. So on an average, it went from 5 to 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro and Trendence.

As for civil engineering in nit Warangal, placements are much more decent and a better percentage of students get placed(70percent). The average salary is around 7 lpa and maximum is 16lpa.
Both the nits are fine but warangal has got a upper hand in not just placements but also the level of education being imparted out there. That's the reason it comes among the top nits.

Out of all these, I would suggest that IIT Cse would be really on the top since IITs are the top most ranked universities of the country. The universities are good as well. But the IIIT Lucknow is also very good. Hence I would rate these universities as follows: IITs CSE, IIIT Lucknow, NIT Raipur and then BITS Dual Degree.

Infrastructure and college life:

IITs have a good infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice environment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.

All the faculties are qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. Both of these institutions are very prestigious and renowned. Electronics and communication engineering and computer science engineering are two very different streams, so, you'll have to choose wisely based on the scope, your interests etc.  Both of these branches are known for placements. However, cse surpasses ece in some of the institutions. Between nit raipur, and nit Kurukshetra, i'll highlight some key points based on the differences between these two institutions:

• Rank of NIT Kurukshetra is 40 against NIT Raipur is around 67 ( NIRF ranking).
• The average starting salary for btech is same in both of the colleges.
• The course fee for ece at NIT Kurukshetra is around 5.67 lakhs while at nit raipur, for cse it's around 5.4 lakhs.
• Based on reviews by students, nit Kurukshetra ece has been rated 4.1 and nit raipur has been rated 3.7

According to 2020 rankings of colleges.

1. CBIT Hyderabad is ranked 71
2. NIT Raipur is ranked 63

So, here rank is not the factor, in CBIT you have chances of getting CSE. Apart from this Hyderabad has emerged as a new tech-hub of India.
Talking about NIT Raipur it is a "NIT" , if you are more interested in Mechanical than CSE you can go for it.
But if you are interested in CSE and tag of NIT is not your concern than CBIT is a good option.
