But, NIT is a centrally funded National level institute which gives admission only through JoSSA counseling.

If you are talking about the same branch in both the colleges I would recommend you to join NIT Raipur.

I believe  Since NIT Raipur is a national level government college it would provide you  more opportunities.

As per previous year cutoffs, you may get Bio Medical Engineering in NIT Raipur through your SC Quota and Home State Quota.
