As you said your rank is 90k,you can clearly get seat in both mining and metallirgical engineering as cutoff for those branches in last year is more than 1 lakh, for home state.As you mentioned you are from raipur,you will be having home state advantage.For more information chexkout

Based on this rank the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. However you can try for the other state level counselling, If you mention here the state, You wish to apply, I can help you about the state colleges.

Nit Patna famous branches are Cse, mechanical ece so you can go for nit Patna in this case.

Well dear getting NIT Raipur with 50 percentile is very difficult and if by chance you even get it you won't get a branch worth having.

So,better you keep applying for other exams.
