firstly the admission goes on JEE rank not on marks since it depends on the branch to branch last cut off while i would like to check with cut off in the below link as per home state and othere state

With a score of 110 ,it's difficult to get a seat in Top  NITs even from girls quota.Speaking of NIT Raipur,if it comes in your homestate,you may get one or two branch but if it's in other state quota,that too is very difficult.You may be getting few seats

you can't get admitted in nit raipur with the cg pet exam.because it wont accept cg pet marks, you can check it out through this link:

I think for m.tech, there are all NIT is nearly same except top NITs.

There is no lateral entry in IITs and NITs. Which means you have write JEE examinations even after completion of your diploma and get a good rank to get a seat in these colleges.

If you are a OTHER STATE candidate then it is not possible for you to get it but if you are a HOME STATE Candidate then you will surely get it but you will have to wait till 7th round.
