But NIT Rourkela has the the record for the highest employee package received by students in transportation among the choices you have provided. But the average package of VNIT Nagpur is more than Rourkela. This means that even though Rourkela has the record for the highest package,  the total number of students who get good packages in VNIT is more than NIT ROURKELA.

In order to take admission in NIT ROURKELA, you should have bring minimum of 75%of marks in higher secondary school examination conducted by respective boards and you have to qualify jee mains with good rank in under 30000.

It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the admission possibilities as per the score as JEE Main 2019 is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time and rank will be based on the NTA percentile which will be decleared in the month of April.

Based on this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session again.

According to last year cutoff if you belong from home state your rank should be under 16k which means your percentile should be above 98.5 and if you belong from other state your rank should be under 9k which means your percentile should be above 99.Final cutoff may vary.T his is just an approximate percentile.
