Do NIT ROURKELA has placements in Geology after M SC?

Yes, there is a placement cell for the same as there is a Training & Placement Advisory Committee headed by the Professor of Training & placement.
Every department nominates one faculty member having strong connection with industry and a strong

is it better to apply nit surtkal&nit warangal ME in special counseling. already I Joined in Nit rourkela ME. my mains rank 11801,gen.

If you have already joined the college i.e you have freeze your option you can not participate in special round.

All the three NITs are outstanding and offer good placements but if you have a chance you should opt for NIT Warangal as it comes in top NITs.

How are the placement in chemical engineering in nit rourkela??

Core- companies were rarely seen recruiting in the last 2 years but few core- companies like paradip phospates, JK copier and others came for recruitment.Most of the companies were from the IT sector.

But the branch definitely has higher scope.Earlier when recruitment to PSU's was not done through GATE companies

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at NIT Rourkela is really good. Classrooms and labs are well maintained, the library is huge, hostels are decent, the campus is full greenery creates great environment for learning.

NIT Rourkela has a large, green campus with good academics buildings, well equipped labs, a central library, comfortable hostels, excellent sports facilities, wifi, medical center, and all basic amenities for student.
