Last year's cutoff rank was 12898(general) and 3849 (obc) for mechanical engineering branch in NIT ROURKELA.So it's too difficult to get that branch.For details:

However,you have chances of getting low rank NITs or IIITs if you can try till last round of counselling.

This college has excellent facilities that supports our technical education . Modern computer laboratories , high speed internet and well equipped classrooms create a productive environment for learning.

College Infrastructure
The College Infrastructure is great and has all the necessary facilities on campus. The stadium, swimming pool, and sports complex are well-maintained. Every hostel has a dedicated gym. The Classrooms are equipped with Smart Boards, ACs, and Proper Benches; everything which are needed for students is available on the Campus. The Food Taste-wise is average, but proper hygiene is maintained.
