It is difficult to predict the marks as cut off changes every year. Here is the cut off in 2019 for NIT, Trichy under other state quota

• Chemical: 4343
• Civil: 3868
• CSE: 357
• ECE: 967
• Mechanical: 2178
• MME: 6867
• EEE: 1518
• Production: 7162
• ICE: 5227

This was the cut off rank in 2019 round 7. You need to score minimum 110-150 marks depending on the branch to have decent chances of getting seat. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Now, as you haven't mentioned that if 23,133 is your CRL rank Or CATEGORY rank Or homestate rank but considering it to be homestate rank and according to previous years cutoffs you may get CIVIL branch based on your homestate quota but as we all know that cutoffs vary every year based on many factors. So, you may get in NIT TRICHY  with atleast one branch. Hi, since you got 150 marks in JEE Mains but sorry to say this is not enough to not get in CSE branch in NIT Trichy as well as your marks are even not enough which can make you to take admission in NIT Trichy. According to your category, rank and previous year cot off their is very less possibilities to get nit tirchy. But trend is based on privious year and you know that trend is changing every year and this year due to pandemic the chances are increase so you have to go for the counseling till the last round.

However with previous years cutoff you can have an idea that you can get a seat or not.

You can easily get any seat in nit trichy of any branch except the cse Branch. If you want cse branch in nit trichy then it will be somewhat difficult for you as seeing previous years cutoffs trend for nit trichy.
