The fee structure depends on which category you belong. If you are from general or OBC category, then tuition fee per semester will be around INR 73000. For SC,ST,PWD candidates fee per semester is almost INR 10,000. Same for general and obc candidates whose family income is less than 1,00,000 per annum. The general and obc candidates whose family income per annum is in between 1 lakh to 5 lakhs, they have to pay almost INR 31,000 every semester.

I order to just enter in the college means the cut off rank for school category at Nit warangal, trichy you need to have a percentile score of more than 80 .
If you are able to score this percentile then you can get into any of the colleges you want.
To score 80 percentile your marks should be around 64-75.

With this percentile of yours it is very difficult for you to get a seat in NIT trichy although you belong to obc and girl quota, still it is very less chances of you to get admission in NIT trichy.

Prepare for next time and try to score 95 percey Or more to get a seat.

Yes, there are chances you may get IITs for your score. However remember that not every stream will be open for you as some streams requires much higher cut off like Power system.

VLSI is an interdisciplinary branch. So yes you can get it if you've completed your B.Tech from EEE branch. For M.Tech admissions in IIT and NIT, the GATE score is valid for 3 years. If you do have a gap then be prepared during interview that you may be asked the reason for drop out.

As per the verified students reviews and rating alloted to the college ,the highest package offered to a student is 70LPA and lowest to 3.5 LPA , average they give is 7 LPA.
Almost 95 percent of students use to got placed.

This might hard for you to hear but there is no placement in NIT for B.Arch, even in trichy which us considered best for B.arch.Actually jobs in b.arch are mainly outside, you will have to find a good job for you and will need experience to get a good job.
Although if you are academically brilliant student then you might get placed in non-core companies but generally there is less chances in architecture related jobs.

Last year JEE main cutoff for ST Category was 44.3345172  percentile.

It is quite difficult to predict the exact college or branch you will be getting as cutoff for branches and colleges varies every year based on different factors like number of students applying for a specific branch, difficulty of paper etc . With 87.9 percentile you have a very good probability of getting NIT Tiruchirappalli and NIT Warangal. You will easily get branches like Mechanical, Civil, ECE, etc. However, there is a very little possibility of getting Computer Science and Engineering.
