In B.Arch around 60% students are placed  every year.

With this percentile, your All India Rank will be around 2 lakhs. But in PwD category, it might be very very well. Based on the previous years' trends, you have enough chances of getting into NIT Trichy. Being from Tamil Nadu will help you more to get into NIT trichy

Yes you have a decent chances of getting admission in any NIT but i also suggest you to look for a backup option as well because in rare case if you dont get admission in your desired college your precious one year will not lost.

I am really sorry to say you that you are not eligible to get an admission in NIT Trichy because minimum cutoff trends JEE main 2019 was above 95 percentile for NITS so these time also it can be more than 95 percentile.

According to your percentile, the rank which you are getting is around 3 lakhs 35 thousand.At this rank you may not get NIT Trichy. You should applyy for other universities such as SRM University, VITEEE etc.
