Hello Shiva kumar , From some research on internet I found that NIT Warangal for Civil Engineering is better option because of there placement, infrastructure and all are better from NIT Surat and if we talk about fees then it is same at both colleges.

Hostels are not that clean, other than hostels all other building are well maintained. There are many hostels but in all hostels the washroom and bathroom are always dirty, I think they clean it once a month.
The infrastructure on campus is satisfactory and supports both learning and extracurricular activities. Facilities such as classrooms, computer labs, and common areas are available but regular improvements and attention to maintenance would make the overall student experience much better.
The college offers the essential infrastructure required for learning. Although it meets most academic requirements, some areas would benifit from improvements and more regular maintenance like grounds and washrooms.
