According to me NIT Warangal is best to pursue your studies. Yes there do exist IITs but I think from the institutes you mentioned NIT Warangal is good. NIT of Warangal is one of the top institutes among all the NITs. Not that the IITs mentioned are not good,

Unfortunately Hemanshi i don't think you have a chance of getting a Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) seat in NIT Warangal with your score according to the previous year cutoff but you can definitely try for CIVIL, Mechanical, IT or EC branch in the same college. Hope this may help

As per my knowledge NIT Warangal is better than IIT Hyderabad for mechanical engineering because NIT Warangal has better faculty in mechanical engineering than IIT Hyderabad.
