As your score in Jee mains examination is 72 percentile , and cutoff is 74 Percentile(As you have mentioned) , you are not eligible to write jee advanced examination. As you are not qualified Jee mains,it is not possible to get seat in any NIT.

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NIT SURAKTAL,you seems to have less chance of getting ECE with other state quota.You can get ECE in NIT SURAKTAL under HOME STATE QUOTA.You can secure seats in MNIT ALLAHABAD with ECE stream.And chance of getting ECE stream in NIT warangal is less from both HS and OS quota.Above data is predicted in the basis of previous year cuttoff of NITs.For sureity you have to wait.

According to last year Cutoff NIT warangle Mechanical engineering for Home state quota was 9950 arrox..Your rank is too low to get in to Mechanical..You can opted for Some other field Apart from Mechanical .
