Nirma university e is a very good engineering college situated at Gujarat. It is mandatory  for all students to have minimum 45% marks in the 10 + 2 level. They have not announce their cut off marks for this year. Here is a list of cut off marks

I would like to say that you have a fair chance of admission in NIRMA college for integrated BBA-MBA five year course. As per the college criteria one need to have 10+2 cleared from any board or school which is recognized by NIRMA university with at-least 60% aggregate.
