If you fall in general category then with the your rank you have very less chances of getting into Institute of law, Nirma University. But you can definitely look out for other good colleges like that under IPU

  • Ideal Institute of Management and Technology
  • Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology
  • JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus, school of Law

Or good private colleges like ICFAI Dehradun, KIIT Bhubaneswar and you can also check out the colleges you can get with your rank using the following link

Good luck

Hello
As per your score  and rank I doubt your chances of getting into nirma university because generally the rank that they get are till 2300-2500 thats the range if rank that they takes after 2500 is tough to get in because what happens students those who don't get nlus there first option after that is nirma and it closes around 2500 so your rank is quite low for that and that decreases your chances .
I hope this helps you and if you have any more questions please drop a comment below.
Best of luck.

Hi Gyanesh, first of all congratulation for you rank. Now kindly provide some more inputs in your query like this is what your rank is it ACPC rank or JEE main rank. Based on this input only we can guide you further because for nirma university cut off in ranking is different for both ACPC and JEE. We can even guide with admission procedure, fee structure, course curriculum, etc. Hope this is helpful to clear your dilemma.

All the beat for your future.

Well if we look at some of the previous year cutoff, Maximum ranking for admission into computer science and engineering at Nirma university has reached around 14k. So unless and untill there is a significant change in merit, chances are quite minimal that you will get admission in cse branch with 19343 rank.

However , apart from CSE and ECE , you can get admission in other branches and consider upgrading your stream after the end of first year.

Hello Saurav,

In M.tech ,ECE is categorized in three parts which are communication engineering,VLSI Design and Embedded system specialization. Most of the syllabus is around these three courses only.Mastering in Signal Processing,Wireless communication ,Networks ,optical communication and network,Antenna,RF system Design,Image speech and video processing,Embedded system design,Reconfigure processor design,Multimedia signal processing with research facilities. These are the main categories of the syllabus.I hope it helped

Your choice of college should be on the basis of some important factors:

  • eligibility criteria whether you are fulfilling it or not
  • fees structure
  • college distance and the place where it is.
  • placements

Both the colleges are good and reputed. kindly compare these 2 using the links i have provided and then make up your mind keeping all the necessary factors in mind.

Goodluck

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 2200-3000. If you fall in general category then you may have some chances in School of Law Nirma University as their closing rank lies somewhere near 3000. But I'm afraid you won't have a chance in NMIMS as their closing rank lies somewhere near 2000. But you can also check out other good private colleges like KIIT Bhubaneswar and UPES Dehradun. They have equally good academics.

Hello Kush,

College Infrastructure

There is a high-speed Wi-Fi connection available at the college that can be used by any student. In order to access the Wi-Fi, we need to just fill out a form and they will register our laptop into their system. There is a 3-story library at the college, which is currently under construction but will be ready by the end of the month. The hostels at our college are for students pursuing MBAs and master's degrees. B.Tech. students have to find a place outside of the college.

College Infrastructure

Our programme is a complete residential course. The infrastructure of the university is colossal with a beautiful green campus, which adds beauty to it. Classrooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi facility. but there will be a mobile network jam on the campus. The library has a plethora of collections of books ranging from academic books to novels. The drawbacks of the university infrastructure are its drainage system and poor network signals. We have three hostels, two for boys and one for girls, where air-conditioned rooms are available.
