Since you haven't mentioned any category I'll talk about General Category.

With this rank it seems a bit unlikely that you can get a seat in DAIICT either in CSE , IT or ECE.

As far as Nirma University goes you have high chances of getting ECE since the cutoff rank in 2017 was about 50000.

In PDPU you can get CSE .

Hi candidate! The cutoff marks varies every year. The cut off marks are based on number of students appearing for the exam and the difficulty of paper and number of seats. As per the previous trends, to get admission in Nirmal college one has to score minimum 55% of the qualifying examination for the unreserved category and for the tesever category it would be 50%. The student must have to score 45% in their board exam for the general category and 40% for reserved category.

however as per your rank you have fair chances in 

chemical engineering, 

civil engineering,

industrial and control engineering.

slight chances in electrical engineering.

You need to score more than 500 marks in neet to get admission in nirmala university.
