Sorry to answer your question late. Yes if you score 100 in ts eamcet and 96% in your intermediate board exams you have high chances of getting a rank below 700 in ts eamcet.And it is easy for you to get a seat in osmaina university and jntu

Even after securing this rank in ST category, you will not get a seat in JNTU or OU for M.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering. These are top institutes and most of tge seats are filled through gate. Hence chances of getting a seat through pgecet is difficult.
