As announced earlier by the Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrasekhar Rao, only final year exams for degree (BA/BSc etc), engineering and PG courses will be held, adhering to strict COVID-19 protocols. Students from previous years are to be promoted to the next semester.

Osmania University is conducting exams for final semester students in engineering (UG & PG), pharmacy, BCA etc. For some courses, they also have scheduled backlog/supplementary exams.

However, strangely only JNTUH reversed its decision and announced semester end exams for all engineering students for all engineering colleges affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad, which has created a lot of confusion and chaos.

According to las some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting admission into this two institution if you are from general or OBC category. The chances may create if you are from SC or ST category in this two institutions.

In Ap eamcet the following regions are local and the rest are non local
They are

• Andhra University (A.U. area) includes Nagarjuna University area.

• Sri Venkateswara University (S.V.U. area) includes Sri Krishnadevaraya University area.

• Osmania University (O.U. area) includes Kakatiya University area.

But the people who are in SVU region are of non local for OU. OU region are of non local for SVU
The non local are

• The people who are not meeting the above criteria are non local

Osmania university serves a good placement to all the sudents . About 85% of the students from different course has got placed during campus placement . The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA .

Osmania University is an extremely prestigious University for engineering courses.
