hi,
m. tech course is very much conception oriented and research in many technologies studies is involved rather than b.tech , so you may find little difficult to prepare for competitive exams like gate or IES, however if you want to prepare for banking related or any other government service oriented exam you may surely prepare for it.
Hello
Cutoff required for admission varies every year from college to college depending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exams, number of candidates appearing for admission, etc.
Also, previous year cutoffs are available in the form of closing rank so it would difficult to tell you the admission chances based on your marks.
TS EAMCET Engineering exam is scheduled to be conducted in May, you should prepare well for the exam and try to score good marks to get seat in any top college.
You can check the previous year cutoff for reference:

College is good in terms of infrastructure but it needs to be maintained well and keep up the standards and the trees are not well maintained and they need to focus on basic amenities for phd students and they have to make sure the trees grow well
The college offers a technologically advanced campus with smart classrooms and well-equipped labs. The library is extensive, though more digital resources would be helpful. The sports facilities are excellent.
College was a good one at that time as there are minimal good facilities are there with the better classrooms , labs , sports ground and canteens as there were no hostel facility at my time and all things were well maintained too with good hygienic food was available.
