It means that in 2019 no candidate belonging to female BC-C category were allotted a seat. It might be because of number of reasons such as no candidate have opted the seat in Osmania University or candidates who opted didn't have required rank or merit. But if you see the cut off trend for BC category you need to secure rank below 50 to have decent chances of getting seat.

I think you should write both of the exams to increase the chances for admission in msc course.

you may also apply for IITJAM exam , which is the entrance exam to admission in top iits, nits in msc course.

see at this score you have less chances for jntuh or osmaia university if you opt for mtech in structural engineering related course and it goes for any of the category you belongs to, I suggest you to try some other mtech entrance exams like vitmee, bitshd.

As the cut-off changes every year due to various factors so the cut-off for the colleges also change accordingly. So according to previous year's cut-off trends candidate must score at least 25 marks out of total 100 marks in OUCET (CPGET) 2020 to get admission in Osmania University.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, etc, however you you score 80+ out of 100, you have decent chances for osmania university, however cutoff score liable to change every year.

Candidates who secure a rank within 10,000 will get free seat irrespective of their category.So you need to secure a rank in top 10,000.To get admission in Osmania university, Hyderabad in CSE you need to score 145 or above as the cut off will be below 500 rank.Cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of seats available, number candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc.

EAMCET rank will be determined by considering 75% marks in EAMCET and 25% marks in IPE.Only the marks which you have score in 1st year and 2nd year PCM subjects will be considered which is 540 marks.Now to get seat in Osmaina University you need to secure a rank within 500 for that your need to score 150 or above marks in EAMCET if you belong to general category.You need to score 130 or above if you belong to OBC and 120 or above if belong to SC/ST category.
