The 5th successful Multi-Industry National Job Fair took place on June 1, 2016, at Pacific University in collaboration with the District Employment Bureau, Udaipur. The event garnered an overwhelming response from job seekers and companies across the region. With participation from over 150+ job seekers and 73 corporate employers representing various sectors, the fair resulted in 10,200 job offers and 4,450 shortlisted candidates.

Diverse vacancies were available, catering to qualified professionals with B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Pharma, MBA degrees, as well as degree holders in disciplines like B.Com, B.A, B.Sc, B.B.A, and B.Pharma. The event provided an opportunity for both MNCs and Indian companies to interact and recruit talent through various selection processes like written exams, interviews, and group discussions.

• The placement process begins with the registration of the students. 

• During the registration process, the students are required to fill out a detailed form that includes their academic background, work experience, and other relevant information.

• The PU then invites various companies to become part of the placement process. 

•  Once the students have been selected, the institute organises a placement drive. 

• During the placement drive, the students are required to attend pre-placement talks, written tests, and interviews.

• The PU also organises skill development workshops and seminars for the students. 

• Finally, the institute provides the selected students with job offers from the companies.
